  • Overview

    The Training & Employee Development Manager is responsible for the overall development and coordination of all company-wide training programs.  The TED Associate will design, implement, and facilitate training and employee development initiatives for all PLS employees.


    • TED Manager must foster interdepartmental communication.
    • Manage and coordinate required or requested trainings/courses/certifications for all PLS employees, including those offsite
    • Obtain and track feedback and maintain records of participation
    • Maintain training record database and documentation.
    • Coordinate with training vendors, and as appropriate, manage the deployment of offsite training sessions
    • Develop and conduct evaluation of training to ensure effectiveness; recommend innovative methods for continuous improvement of training design, development and delivery
    • Facilitate Account Executive Trainee training 
    • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned


    Minimum Requirements

    • PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred), must be a self starter, possess excellent communication skills and have an energetic/extroverted personality. Must have experience with public speaking, training, and/or speaking in front of groups.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree minimum
    • Two plus years of designing and delivering training sessions, some travel on an as needed basis
