Responsible for the overall development and execution of the digital marketing strategy to support the organization’s marketing and sales goals.
Overall focus of position will involve the following:
Create website and online content
Strategize and implement SEO and PPC efforts
Ensure website is SEO optimized
Social and email marketing
Examine and analyze site traffic
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns utilizing a range of techniques including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media
Devise short and long-term strategies to drive online traffic and lead generation to the company web properties
Create and execute data-driven, dynamic campaigns and deliver highly-targeted/segmented audience development campaigns, lifecycle messages, retention/reactivation programs, and loyalty building communications by executing day-to-day activities of retention marketing efforts, including email and push marketing.
Aid in the building and maintenance of our social media presence
Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company web properties
Measure and report monthly performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Develop and execute successful digital marketing initiatives including web, social media and email campaigns in support of corporate objectives.
Proactively recommend new digital strategy, tactics, and projects that will amplify and improve our online presence and support growth strategies
Identify new industry trends and technologies that impact digital marketing and translate these opportunities into actionable marketing plans
Monitor and analyze ongoing campaigns to ensure success and continuous improvement.
Maximize growth potential of online store
BS degree in Business/Marketing/Communications.
1+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related field in a B2B environment
Demonstrable experience leading and executing SEO/SEM, PPC, e-commerce, email marketing, lead nurturing, and social media campaigns
Experience in executing and optimizing Google AdWords and display advertising campaigns
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate buyers through the sales process
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Knowledge of business to business marketing best practices
Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Suite to support webpage layout, advertising initiatives, social media, and content production
Proficient in HTML, PHP, and CSS programming is preferred
Experience with WordPress or another CMS platform (e.g., Joomla, Concrete5, Drupal)
Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms – HubSpot a plus
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
Familiarity and basic understanding of CRM and database management a plus
Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing environments and show attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with teams
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with peers, customers, and supervisors is a must
Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO
Hubspot knowledge preferred
Experience with image manipulation (Photoshop) and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
